The aviation logistics support ship SS Wright (T-AVB-3) is playing an important support role during Bold Alligator 16, Aug 15-26. In addition to serving in its traditional role providing intermediate aircraft maintenance, the Wright is involved in limited objective experimentation to expose participants to new technologies, applications and concepts that will inform future warfighting capabilities.
