Lieutenant General Ottignon attended Ithaca College, was commissioned through the NROTC program in August 1987 and assigned as a Combat Engineer. He received a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Rochester's Simon School of Business in June 1997 and a Master of Arts Degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College in June 1998.

Brigadier General Andrew T. Priddy is currently serving as the Commanding General of 2d Marine Expeditionary Brigade and the Deputy Commanding General of II Marine Expeditionary Force. Born in Michigan and raised in Channahon, Illinois, BGen Priddy received his commission from the United States Naval Academy with a BS in Ocean Engineering.

A native of Pinnacle, North Carolina, Sergeant Major Travis enlisted in the Marine Corps in August 1991 and was assigned as a Tank Crewman.
