Carter announced Department of Defense participation in Lean-In Circles, a series of groups inspired by author Sheryl Sandberg, as part of an ongoing effort to enhance workforce culture and collaboration. Each circle provides background information into who may join as well as a brief overview of topics and discussions that the groups discuss.
