On the third anniversary of his survival, recently retired Sgt. Maj. Raymond H. Mackey, a double amputee with Wounded Warrior Battalion East, mounted his brand new Harley Davidson Tri-Glide for the first time on Dec. 23, 2012, in Jacksonville N.C. VanOostrom, the II Marine Expeditionary Force sergeant major, its annual Sergeant Major C.A. "Mack" McKinney Awards Ceremony, Feb. 8, at Sywanyks Scarlet and Gold Traditions in Jacksonville, N.C. - The Down East Chapter of the Non Commissioned Officers Association of America presented Sgt.
