Extensive resources are available for Marines, Sailors, and family members, all of which are provided at no cost.  This section provides information to assist in the navigation of the various resources we have available.

After Deployment is a wellness resource to help service members, their families, and veterans overcome common adjustment problems following a deployment. 

 

 The Navy and Marine Corps' center for public health services (NMCPHC) provides leadership and expertise to ensure mission readiness through disease prevention and health promotion in support of the National Military Strategy.

 

The Defense Centers of Excellence for Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury (DCoE) provides the Military Health System with current and emerging psychological health and traumatic brain injury clinical and educational information.

 

 Relaxation toolkit is designed for use by our Sailors and Marines who would like to reduce stress through deep relaxation and to optimize performance.
