Caleb Cissell, a dispatch chief, with Combat Logistics Battalion 6, Combat Logistics Regiment 2, 2nd Marine Logistics Group and a native of Jefferson, Kentucky, poses for a photo on Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, July 2, 2024. Sgt. Cissell’s advice to junior marines is, “Come to work ready to learn,” he continued, “If you didn’t learn anything that day then you didn’t try hard enough, even as a Sergeant I’m learning something new every day, you should be walking out having gained something new each day.”  2nd MLG recognizes one outstanding Marine or Sailor that goes above and beyond in their duties and embodies the qualities of an outstanding service member.
