Capt. Chad Lowry (left), and Staff Sgt. Christopher (right), take a photo with Rhamatooli who is the Afghan Local Police commander for Forward Operating Base Rahim located in northern Nahr-e-Saraj District, Helmand province. The two pay agents from Regional Command Southwest’s Afghan National Security Force Development Team recently travelled throughout Helmand province to pay members of the Afghan Local Police.
