U.S. Marines with Romeo Battery, Battalion Landing Team 1/8, 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), move a simulated casualty to the next echelon of care during a noncombatant evacuation operation exercise on Stone Bay, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, April 17, 2024. The 24th MEU and Wasp (WSP) Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) are conducting Composite Training Unit Exercise (COMPTUEX), their final at-sea certification exercise under the evaluation of Carrier Strike Group 4 and Expeditionary Operations Training Group.
