Cpl. William Kopp, a rifleman with Adversary Force Company, Headquarters Battalion, 2nd Marine Division, poses for a photo at Camp Lejeune, N.C., March 25, 2020. "Leadership is doing everything in your power to inspire followers to want to replace you, and by ensuring they are more knowledgeable and equipped than you were," said Kopp, a Struthers, Ohio, native. Kopp's company is a unique group of Marines who use foreign weapons, equipment and tactics to simulate a realistic enemy situation in force-on-force training. According to his leadership, Kopp consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the success of his company. He is always one of the first to embrace the spirit of intent of what the company represents and stands for. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Lance Cpl. Brian Bolin Jr.)
