Marines with Force Reconnaissance Company, 2nd Reconnaissance Battalion, trained with long rifles at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, N.C. Jan. 12, 2018. The Marines ran through various courses of fire with the precision weapon systems in order to ensure every Marine in the company was proficient in shooting and maintaining the rifles. The courses of fire included static shooting, as well as engaging targets from different obstacles and barriers to emulate operating in urban environments and dynamic situations.
