Retired Lieutenant Colonel Jack Matthews spoke to Marines about Alcohol abuse at Camp Lejeune, N.C., Aug. 20, 2015. The commander of II Marine Expeditionary Force, Maj. Gen. William D. Beydler, is dedicating his full effort to educating leaders on the importance of engaging with their Marines and sailors, developing peer support groups within their units and encouraging personal responsibility regarding alcohol use.
