Marines with Fox Company, 2nd Battalion, 8th Marine Regiment conducted embassy reinforcement training in preparation for their upcoming deployment with Special-Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force Crisis Response-Africa Dec. 11, 2014. The training prepared the Marines for the multi-faceted environment they may face conducting similar operations during their deployment. Role players added realism to the event, encroaching on the embassy perimeter and testing the Marines’ abilities to handle a chaotic situation.
