U.S. Marine Corps Capt. Benjamin Wright, an infantry officer with 1st Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, 2d Marine Division (MARDIV), plot points on a map during Infantry Skills Test as part of the Division Leadership Assessment Program (DLAP) at Fort A.P. Hill, Va., Oct. 4, 2021. This program allows division leadership to mentor and assess captains recently assigned to 2d MARDIV on their mental, moral and physical readiness for future command opportunities.
