Roy Cooper, North Carolina governor speaks with Col. Russell C. Burton, commanding officer of Marine Corps Air Station New River during a tour of the installation and buildings damaged by Hurricane Florence at MCAS New River, N.C., April 9, 2019. This is Cooper’s initial command visit to Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune and MCAS New River as Governor of North Carolina.
