U.S. Marines with Combat Logistics Company 21, 2nd Combat Readiness Regiment, and Combat Logistics Battalion 24, Combat Logistics Regiment 27, both with 2nd Marine Logistics Group, watch a CH-53E Super Stallion assigned to Marine Heavy Helicopter Training Squadron (HMMT) 302, Marine Aircraft Group 29, 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing, lift a beam during helicopter support team operations as part of their field exercises near Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Sept. 16, 2025. 2nd CRR conducted a regimental field exercise to enhance supply and maintenance support for II Marine Expeditionary Force, while CLB-24 simultaneously executed a battalion field exercise to maintain training, improve technical proficiency, and strengthen mission-essential capabilities.
