U.S. Navy Sailors with 2nd Medical Battalion, 2nd Marine Logistics Group, triage a simulated patient during a Battalion Aid Station-Enhanced (BAS-X) exercise at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Aug. 26, 2025.
