U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Sean Catarroja, a small arms repairman with Headquarters and Service Battalion, 2nd Marine Logistics Group, and native of Jersey City, New Jersey, repairs a MK19 receiver assembly at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, July 16, 2025. Catarroja’s command selected him as Warrior of the week for his exceptional leadership and dedication to mission readiness. Catarroja serves as the battalion's armory maintenance chief, inspecting, servicing, and guiding his team through monthly preventive maintenance checks of over 1,000 service rifles, which contributes to the battalion's 98% readiness. Each week, 2nd MLG recognizes one outstanding Marine or Sailor that goes above and beyond in their duties and embodies the qualities of an outstanding service member.
