U.S. Navy Sailors with 2nd Medical Battalion, 2nd Marine Logistic Group, and U.S. Coast Guard with Special Missions Training Center receive a class on Tier IV Tactical Combat Casualty Care at Battle Skills Training School, Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, July 15, 2025. Tier Four TCCC begins with refresher training and progresses to advanced levels of combat casualty care intended to train select military service members to be proficient combat paramedics. The course trains advanced level providers the combat paramedic skills necessary to treat patients at the point of injury on the battlefield and in austere environments.
