U.S. Marines with Combat Logistics Battalion 24, Combat Logistics Regiment 27, 2nd Marine Logistics Group don mission oriented protective posture equipment (MOPP) during a gas chamber training event on Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, March 11, 2025. Marines with chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear defense conduct gas chamber training annually for Marines and Sailors by exposing them to chlorobenzalmalononitrile tablets, commonly known as CS gas, in order to enhance their efficiency with the M50 gas mask and MOPP equipment.
