U.S. Marine Corps Brig. Gen. Samuel L. Meyer, commanding general of Task Force 61/2, discusses amphibious warfare tactics and operations during the Baltic Operations (BALTOPS) 24 Pre-Sail Conference at Klaipeda, Lithuania, June 5, 2024.
