A U.S. Marine with Battalion Landing Team 1/8, 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), conducts tactical casualty combat care on simulated wounds during a raid as part of Composite Unit Training Exercise (COMPTUEX) in Oak Grove, North Carolina, April 24, 2024. The Wasp (WSP) Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) – 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit is conducting COMPTUEX, their final at-sea certification exercise under the evaluation of Carrier Strike Group 4 and Expeditionary Operations Training Group.
