A U.S. Marine performs the “13 Folds” during Command Master Chief Petty Officer Russell Folley’s retirement ceremony on Camp Lejeune, N.C., May 24, 2019. Folley, a St. Martinville, Louisiana native, is retiring after 33 years of service in the U.S. Navy. Folley described one of the favorite things in his career was watching both Marines and junior Sailors succeed. He added at the end of his speech during the ceremony that his best moments in the Navy were while wearing Marine pattern utilities. (U.S. Marine photo by Cpl. Leynard Plazo)
