First Sergeant Emilio Hernandez reads the U.S. Marine Corps Commandant’s message to the sailors at Camp Wilson, Calif., Oct. 13, 2016. General Robert B. Neller, the Commandant of the Marine Corps wrote to the U.S. Navy, “Happy 241st Anniversary to the world’s greatest Navy.
