The USS North Carolina (BB-52) Battleship Memorial hosted a celebration for the 75th anniversary of its commissioning in Wilmington, N.C., April 9, 2016. As part of the celebration, Marines and sailors from 2nd Tank Battalion and other 2nd Marine Division units worked with members of the Living History crew to showcase the differences between life on a ship 75 years ago and now.
