Brig. Gen. Robert Castellvi, deputy commanding general of II Marine Expeditionary Force, speaks to guests on the ‘Protect What You’ve Earned’ campaign during the Onslow Forum at the Jacksonville City Hall, Nov. 24, 2015. The campaign, led by II MEF, was designed as a way to encourage Marines and sailors to make sound and responsible decisions when it comes to drinking, decrease alcohol related incidents and increase force preservation. Attending the forum where representatives from the Chamber of Commerce, Duke Energy Progress, Onslow County Board of Commissioners, Board of Education for Onslow County schools, Jacksonville Police Department, the United Service Organization, Marine Corps Community Services and Navy Federal Credit Union.
