HM3 Robert McGill; 2nd MLG Warrior of the Week

U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class Robert McGill, a dental technician with 2nd Dental Battalion, 2nd Marine Logistics Group, and a native of Heidelberg, Mississippi, was selected as Warrior of the Week by his command for his unwavering commitment to mission readiness and excellence in patient care throughout 2nd MLG.     McGill has served in multiple key roles within the 2nd Dental Battalion, including aiding seven providers in completing 662 exams, 206 restorative procedures, and 2,800 radiographs. In addition, he has assisted in managing appointment scheduling across 12 commands, helping achieve dental readiness for 5,000 beneficiaries. As a safety representative, he has contributed to a grade "A" safety rating through conducting monthly training sessions and performing weekly safety inspections. As an assistant command fitness leader, he helped administer 36 body composition assessments and 12 physical readiness tests for 47 Sailors, supporting a 98% pass rate.   When asked what advice he would give, McGill said, “Stick with your plan, and don’t regret your decision because going back and forth will only stress you out.”
