II MEF is taking action to ensure the well-being of our personnel, their families, and the community, as well as maintain the operational readiness of our force as the situation with COVID-19 evolves. We are continuously assessing risks to the force, putting preventive monitoring measures in place for those who have recently traveled, and are implementing mitigation protocols in accordance with guidance provided by the D
epartment of Defense and Centers for Disease Control. Service members will get information regarding deployments, travel restrictions, and medical procedures through their chain of command. II MEF remains mission focused, globally engaged, and operationally ready to Train, Fight, and Win on behalf of our Nation.
