Major Erich Bergiel inspects the interior of the new Fruit and Vegetable Packing Facility located in Marjeh. Local farmers will now be able to keep their fresh produce in a controlled environment instead of the hot, Helmand province sun. The facility will help maintain higher quality produce and it will also act as a distribution center to reach additional markets, providing farmers additional income.
