Commandant of the Marine Corps, Gen. Robert B. Neller, and the commander of U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Special Operations Command, Maj. Gen. Daniel D. Yoo, viewed the Memorial Wall etched with the names of the fallen Raiders after MARSOC’s 13th Anniversary Ceremony at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, N. C., February 21, 2019. The organization has paid a high price for the victories it has achieved. The youngest and smallest of the DOD’s special operations forces, they have lost 43 souls in combat and in training, to include two multipurpose canines. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Cpl. Bryann K.
