LASHKAR GAH, Afghanistan—Afghan National Army Capt. Mirza Mohammad, commander, Engineering Tolai, 4th Combat Support Kandak, 3rd Brigade, 215th Corps, presents a certificate of achievement to a soldier June 5, 2013, here. The tolai, or company, was the last 215th Corps tolay receiving Security Forces Assistance support. The certificate ceremony signified the end of hands-on Coalition support to the tolai. All SFA provided to units within the 215th Corps is now conducted only at the kandak, or battalion, level and higher.
