LASHKAR GAH, Afghanistan—Royal Engineers Capt. Selwyn Fisher, an engineer from 22 Engineer Regiment serving with Kandak Advisor Team 40, leads a group of Afghan soldiers with Engineering Tolay, 4th Combat Support Kandak, 3rd Brigade, 215th Corps, to a classroom for a map reading class June 5, 2013, at Patrol Base Sparta, here. The tolay, or company, was the last 215th Corps tolay receiving Security Forces Assistance support. Fisher held a lift-off ceremony after the classes to signify the end of hands-on support to the tolay. All SFA provided to units within the 215th Corps is now conducted only at the kandak, or battalion, level and higher.
