According to his leaders, he executes his duties in a manner that is equivalent to a Marine of senior grade by working diligently to complete all tasks, including gear accountability and disposal. Additionally, Valadezayala recently earned Marine of the Quarter for his continuous ability to set a new bar for his peers to emulate. Nordic Response is a Norwegian national readiness and defense exercise designed to enhance military capabilities and allied cooperation in high-intensity warfighting in a challenging arctic environment.
