2nd Marine Aircraft Wing Motivator of the Week

U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Adam M. Baj is an exemplary non-commissioned officer. He has been successful in his short marine corps career due to his work ethic and go-getter attitude. He has been selected for special training events like SUAS Testing in Yuma, Ariz. and TAD, language capabilities and Exercise Sea Breeze 2021 in Ukraine in support of II MEF. Although he has been helpful outside of his unit, he is completely invested in the success of his machine gun squad. Baj can be counted on to deliver well-trained and disciplined machine gunners through sustained, thoughtful training events – using rehearsal time in garrison, simulated firing in the ISMT and multiple live-fire events with and without maneuver. Cpl. Baj’s successes are expected due to his focus on the task at hand. He was awarded an Impact Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for his superior performance, as well as being the “Gung-Ho” recipient at the Advanced Machine Gunners Course. He was also selected amongst his peers as 2nd Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment’s NCO of the Quarter and is the battalion’s nomination for meritorious sergeant.
