U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Justin Fontalvo, an aviation ordnance technician with Marine Attack Training Squadron (VMAT) 203, poses for a photo at Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Arizona, July 20, 2021. “Leaders must be close to relate to others,” said Fontalvo, a native of Piscataway, New Jersey. According to his leadership, Fontalvo has shown the utmost respect towards his seniors and subordinates, he takes the initiative in sharing his knowledge regarding his military occupational specialty with other Marines in the unit to further the success of the ordnance division in the squadron.
