Tavita Saelua, a Master Chief in the Navy, who volunteers as one of the committee leaders that organizes and runs the festival each year, dances with a group to a traditional Polynesian song during the North Carolina Polynesian Festival at Onslow Pines Park, N.C., July 24-25, 2015. Marines, sailors and their family members volunteered and attended the annual Polynesian Festival, hosted by Onslow County, which included an introduction to the many islands that make up the Polynesian area and showcased the culture and heritage of each.
