Marines with 2nd Battalion, 10th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, drive an Expeditionary Fire Support System on board a CH-53E Super Stallion to begin an aerial-assault, training mission aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, July 30, 2014. The EFSS consists of an Internally Transportable-Strike Vehicle and the 120mm mortar, which is used to bridge the gap of range between 81 mm mortars and 155 mm cannons.
